CPL Group has a vacancy for an experienced Finance Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance and Administration, CPL is seeking to hire a Finance Manager.  The Finance Manager is responsible for the operation controls in finance and administration. The Finance Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the organisation’s operational systems, ensures that organisational processes are efficient and effective and guarantees proper management of overall Finance.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Provide strategic direction for the organisations financial position in the short and long term
• Manage the Accounting, Administration departments and ensure that unit’s performance is in accordance with the company’s organisational goals and objectives
• Provide training and guidance to finance and administration team as needed.

Skills & experience

• Have a relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Field
• Strong financial reporting background
• Strong people management skills
