BSP Life PNG Ltd (BSP Life) is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Finance Operations Manager, based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts and reports for operational management.
- Production of statutory accounts for the company as and when required in accordance with the relevant accounting principles.
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring & review of performance against them to enable robust reporting of variances to the Board and third party stakeholders.
Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in Finance and/or Operations.
- Sound knowledge of Life Insurance service, operational and administration functions, products, policies and procedures.
