DT Global Asia Pacific are seeking a GEDSI Manager reporting to the Inclusion and Safeguards Director. The GEDSI Manager leads the implementation of TSSP3’s GEDSI Strategy across the program and partner agencies.
Responsibilities.
- Ability to translate technical GEDSI advice into practical actions and measurable outcomes within infrastructure programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, representational and cross-cultural skill
- Ability to coach, mentor and upskill other people and ability to build effective relationships.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in gender studies, social science, international development or another relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in GEDSI or related social inclusion roles in international development. Experience in PNG or the Pacific highly desirable
- Proven experience leading or coordinating GEDSI initiatives within large or complex development programs
