Key responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities include (s):

• Design strategy and achieve goals for the growth of all products in Personal Loans, Term Deposits, Asset Finance, and Foreign Exchange, Sale, Marketing and IT Infrastructure development.
• Create environments/opportunities for the distribution and expansion of market share of the company’s products.
• Manage a professional management team to support major management changes and, to ensure the long term survival, business excellence and growth of the business.

Job requirements

• University Degree from a recognized institution or Master’s Degree would be highly preferable.
• 10-15 years of GM,MD and /CEO of a Financial Institution
• Technically sound in Financial and lending concepts.
• Very good working knowledge of Financial and Management Applications
• People Management, Project Management
