Nambawan Savings & Loan Society (NSLS) is established under the Savings & Loans Societies (Amended) Act 1995. The Society is looking to recruit a General Manager
The General Manager will report directly to the Board of Nambawan Savings & Loans Society Ltd.

Primary objective

To deliver the Nambawan Savings & Loan Society (NSLS) strategic objectives especially products and services that best meet the needs and aspirations of our members. Best quality of service is vital, so as the General Manager, you would be expected to provide just that and as the Team Leader of the Society. The employees of the Society are important stakeholders, and so how you undertake your roles and responsibilities in managing this small team of young men and women will be a critical performance trait…..

Job requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Masters in a related Management field.
• Minimum seven (7) years’ managerial experience in senior or executive levels in a similar role.
• Must possess skills and competencies in strategic development (design and implementation), project management, operational risk management, relationships management, performance management and coaching/mentoring.
