General Manager


Kutmor Limited seeks to hire a General Manager to help implement the company’s vision.

Our client Kutmor Limited is looking for an individual for the General Manager role based out of their Port Moresby office. The successful applicant will be responsible for all the Company activity, including; developing and delivering the KutMor Strategic Plan in order to achieve Board approved Strategic objectives. Ensure employees are motivated, and productive, aligned and behave in accordance with Company’s Vision, Values and Behaviours. The GM will implement the Company’s Vision through prudent business conduct to achieve a profitable operation and secure continuity and growth for the Company.

Minimum eligibility criteria for possible candidates

  • Accountable for the Company’s HSES performance, monitor the execution and implementation of Risk Management Plans and Site Specific HSES Plans
  • Support the Board Strategic Planning process. Develop strategic plan, oversee the development and implementation of annual operational plans and ensure compliance with strategic objectives in liaison with the Board for approvals
  • Develop and implement new growth opportunities and diversifying client base and operations with Board approval

Job requirements

  • University Degree or master’s in engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Strategic Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in similar role or experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience with managing large numbers of PNG labour working in the field.
