Nambawan Savings & Loan Society (NSLS) is a newly established Savings & Loan Society under the Savings & Loans Societies Act 2015. They are looking to recruit a General Manager. The General Manager will report directly to the Board of the Nambawan Savings & Loans Society.

Primary objective

To manage the Nambawan Savings & Loan Society to achieve growth and profitability through creative product development and promotion, best quality client service and support, lead and manager the Society’s management and staff. As well, the key responsibilities of management of NSLS’s loan and savings portfolio managements together with cross selling NSLS’s products/services and growing the Society’s membership base.

Job requirements

• Minimum – a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, preferably a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Masters in a related Management field
• Minimum eight (8) years in a managerial or similar role
• Must possess skills and competencies in strategic development (design & implementation)
• Must have experience in management of client relationships, coaching/mentoring of people/staff
