Bank South Pacific Limited (BSP) is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of General Manager BSP Finance. This role reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and is based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Key deliverables

• Developing the vision for the future of the BSP Finance Group reflecting the future needs of shareholders, customers and staff, identifying objectives and milestones for the short, medium and long-term
• Achieve the strategic deliverables including financial targets set by the Board, and generally to promote company operations establishing it as a leading finance company in Papua New Guinea, the South Pacific region and the Mekong region
• Overseeing operations of all BSP Finance subsidiaries and joint ventures

Job requirements

• A Masters in Business Administration or other relevant post graduate qualification (Preferred).
• Strong leadership qualities.
• 10-15 years’ experience in financial services in a senior management or executive role.
