National Airports Corporation (NAC) is seeking to recruit an experienced and professional General Manager Human Resources to be based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the HR Business Unit.
- Deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.
- Direct and manage the recruitment and selection process, and train line managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or related fields. Masters highly desirable.
- 10 years’ work experience within a similar managerial position.
- Excellent knowledge of local labour law in PNG and its practical application in the workplace.
