Job Description

Digicel PNG requires a proactive and innovative, hands on General Manager to oversee operations in PNG and Fiji.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and co-ordinate all operating activities for NewComLive South Pacific Operations; covering VAS SMS, IVR, and USSD services.
• Full P+L responsibility, ensuring all Customer Numbers, Revenues, EBITDA, Cashflow and Capex targets are achieved.
• Establish, negotiate and maintain contracts with local and regional content providers where appropriate. Work with the NewCom Head of VAS to ensure regional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent Business discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Product Management or Value Added Service (VAS) role with a demonstrated ability to manage all facets of the business – in mobile telecommunications industry.
• Record of success in meeting aggressive targets
