An exciting opportunity now exists for a highly accomplished human resources executive to join Nambawan Super Limited as General Manager, People & Culture. As an integral member of the Executive Management Team – reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the ideal candidate will have the talent, experience, and capability required to lead NSL’s human resource management, organisational development, culture and its support functions.
Key responsibilities
- Operate as the organisation’s values and culture champion, responsible for embedding these behaviours across the business to deliver a culture of success centred around our members and employees
- Oversee the implementation of various People and Culture initiatives including reward and recognition, well-being initiatives and leadership development programs
- Developing talent acquisition, attraction and retention strategies with a focus on employer brand
Qualifications
- Have a graduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or Business Management and Administration
- Have strong transformational change experience in the areas of culture, workforce strategy and innovation
- Have substantial experience in providing high-level strategic and operational leadership within a large and complex organisation
