City Pharmacy Ltd (CPL) Group is seeking an experienced and qualified professional to fill the General Manager – People & Culture position based in Port Moresby.


  • Leading and partnering with senior management and stakeholders to implement the recommendations of operational review to ensure People Services’ alignment with organizational strategic and operational objectives
  • Developing people solutions that support the development and maturity of the People Services function and HR practice across the organization
  • Managing the delivery of core HR services focusing on service efficiency quality and satisfaction


  • Relevant degree or equivalent relative experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within the HR field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior HR Management role working with a team.
