Anitua Ltd is in search of a highly experienced General Manager Properties and Transport, to join its dynamic corporate team and make a difference. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the management team and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
About the role
This newly created role is in charge of bringing together and managing the Groups Properties and Transport Division which also covers a diverse range of activities within the function itself, across the various business units and externally to stakeholders and clients. The successful candidate for the role must therefore be customer focused, team oriented and manage people and responsibilities efficiently and cost effectively.
Following are essential and highly regarded for the role:
- Ability to improve service delivery, efficiency and commercial services across the various business units and to our external clients;
- Proven leadership qualities to lead, motivate and develop a team of diverse individuals as well as managing across multiple business units;
- Prepare monthly reports including all business activities, budget variations, and forecasts;
Job requirements
- Proven management and leadership experience covering a diverse range of activities under the function but not limited to fleet, travel planning, property and accommodation management, housekeeping, skilled workers, and different functional projects:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive years of professional experience in Project Management, Travel Management and or Business is highly essential;
- Strong skills in using computer applications such as Word. Power Point and Excel for the purpose of management reporting and presentations;
