Rural Airstrip Agency is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Government & Donor Liaison Manager based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the PNG Government and Donors are well informed of the implementation of the impact projects as per the Project Plans for Rural Airstrip Agency which enables the achievement of overall business strategy and objectives.
- To ensure all the Reports to the PNG Government on the yearly budget and quarterly acquittals of year’s funding including external stakeholders which enables the achievement of overall business strategy and objectives.
- To develop and implement effective and efficient Public Private Partnership (PPP) practices through leading and empowering the Management and employees which enables the achievement of overall business strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management, Development Studies or related discipline
- Strong technical generalist skills across all Project Management and donor funding
- Strong knowledge of PNG Government and Donor Agencies funding requirements and Public Finance Management Act
