Anitua Limited is seeking a highly qualified Group HR Manager based in Lihir New Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Proven professional experience working in diverse industry settings in a medium to large-scale company
- Excellent leadership qualities to lead, motivate and develop a team of diverse individuals across all subsidiaries
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations, as and when required, by the Executive Management team
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- Proven professional experience with over 10 years of experience at senior management level
- Vast and proven experience in all HR functions
