The Remington Group is looking for a Group HR Manager to join its team.

Reporting to the CEO, the Group HR Manager is responsible for providing strategic HR direction for the group responsible for working with the CEO and Executive Management Team to effectively position Remington Group on a strategic position in terms of managing its workforce.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Job requirements
- Relevant Degree Qualification in Business/Psychology/HR.
- Substantial experience in managing complex Human Resources in large organizations in a similar industry.
- More than 10 years managing Human Resources issues and functions.
- Understanding of cultural diversity and project delivery through a multicultural team.
