Tininga Ltd is seeking an experienced Group Property Manager to join its team.

Tininga Ltd is a young, well established and rapidly expanding retail operation, trading in the busy city of Mount Hagen, the hub of the Highlands Region. Focused on providing extensive services in the Supermarket, Department Store, Distribution, Manufacturing, Builders Hardware and Fresh Produce industries.

This is a senior position involving overall responsibility to ensure all company assets, Buildings/Fixtures & Fittings/Plant & Equipment are kept and maintained to high standards. The preferred candidate should have managerial experience and is capable to manage and direct a supportive Maintenance and Administrative team supported by effective procedures and planning.

Job requirements

• Good understanding of general construction.
• Tertiary qualification preferably in project planning and management.
• Proven experience in a senior management position with evidence of strong leadership skills, management of large company asserts and an eye for attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills which would be required to lead a team to meet required expectations and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and motivated to succeed in your career.
• Able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
