Nasfund Savings & Loans Society (NCSL) requires an experienced and qualified Head of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) & Program Management Office (PMO), to be base in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and strategies for the ICT function and translate into operational plans, ensuring these are successfully implemented,
• Oversee the procurement of all ICT infrastructure for head office and branches, and ensuring reasonable pricing and quality of after-sale support on agreed service level agreements,
• Manage relationships with business customers, vendors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure solutions meet business needs,

Requirements

• Possess more than seven (7) years of exposure in managing an ICT Department or PMO in a similar work setting and ensure ICT risks are mitigated and reports readily available to the Management Team,
• Proven exposure in managing an ICT Team to provide back-end support within the Business to continue deliver to client expectations,
• Demonstrated exposure in developing strategy, standards and plans for all ICT projects and ensure completion of project according to approved schedule, budget and quality/scope
