The Logohu Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team as Head of Investment Advisory.

The Logohu Group is seeking services of a Head of Investment Advisory (HOIA) based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Provide investment advisory support to our managed funds as well as external clients.
• Develop and implement investment policies and strategies for our managed funds and external clients to promote and monetize our investment advisory expertise.
• Conduct outreach efforts to financial institutions and institutional investors and developers to identify partnerships, co-financing vehicles and other strategies that can catalyze private investment into Logohu projects from a variety of sources (commercial banks, savings and loan societies, finance companies, superfunds, resource project landowner investment vehicles, private and impact investors, etc.)

Requirements

• +5 years in Licensed Investment Management (LIM) experience in Investment Analysis, Investments Transaction Support, Private Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Venture Capital, real estate administration services, and related finance and economic advisory.
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics, finance and financial accounting or any quantitative business field.
• Investment due diligence and analysis.
