BSP Finance is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Head of Lending based in Port Moresby.
Key responsibilities
- Support and implement sales directives and strategies as directed by Country Manager and General Manager.
- Develop effective plans to grow lending volumes in order to achieve the profitability targets in accordance with the budget for the area/region.
- Identify prospective business clients in the area and develop new business portfolio at the same time ensure effective control in protecting significant deposits within portfolio of accounts.
Requirements
- Advanced financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent Credit & Risk management knowledge.
- Sales and marketing skills.
