Port Moresby Nature Park is seeking an experienced Horticulture Manager to join our Senior Management Team, based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Supervise grounds staff to ensure grounds are clean and presentable for visitors to the park
- Coordinates staff and specific tasks as part of garden maintenance program
- Continually reviews staffing requirements for the horticulture department, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated and managed
Requirements
- Excellent language skills in both Pidgin and English (spoken and written)
- Must be reliable and hardworking
- Ability to manage and lead a team
