Nambis Inn invites applications for the Hotel Manager position to be based in Madang.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work at all levels (front office, food and beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, purchasing and accounts)
- Prepare & manage financial reports such as budgets / expenses, analyse, and interpret financial information and monitor sales profits.
- Develop and implement an efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other language is a plus.
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
