Key responsibilities

The HR and Development Manager is part of the OEPNG management team.  Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that attract, retain and develop origin’s people and culture initiatives to support business objectives and the aspiration of an “employer of choice”.

The core objective of this position is to develop and Implement smart and cost effective initiatives to retain and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning, this includes annual salary reviews, performance management system, training and development plans, succession pathways, insurance, housing, medical and team building activities……..

Job requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • 10 – 15 years’ experience in a similar senior management role in a retail or service oriented business
  • Knowledge of local labour law, industry and market practices
  • IV Trainer and Assessor
