Burnet Institute are looking for a Human Resources Manager – PNG to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong experience in recruitment, payroll and developing people and systems. This position will be based in Kokopo, East new Britain Province.
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager is our go-to person for everything people related. This means that Human Resources Manager duties involve leading activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training & development, and talent management.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has a wealth of knowledge in human resources, experience in developing people, is a strong leader with the emotional intelligence & awareness that allows the building rapport to be done with ease.
