Job description

To provide leadership and support in development of Human Capital strategies, policies and procedures that are in line with the company operational plans.

Job requirements

• Proven management skills and a strong cultural awareness, preferably gained while working in a multicultural environment.
• Advance level computer skills in MS office suites
• Intimate knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology or other related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years experience in HR functions, preferably in the major corporation.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management position.
