Currently they are hiring for the following position: HR Analyst.

The HR Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive analysis and reporting of financial data linked to all Human Resource functions and employment expenses as well as providing support for all designated HR and Payroll processing activities and Chris21 system data maintenance and integrity.

This position is based in the Head Office at Badili and reports to the Human Resources Operations Manager.

Duties & responsibilities

• Analysis and integration of ChRIS21 personnel data with Work Force Planning and Financial P&L requirements
• Accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly personnel expenses analysis report
• Conduct HR data tests within CHRIS21to ensure date accuracy and integrity

Job requirements

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience and capability in expense cost analysis within HR/Payroll environment or similar
• Excellent computing ability with emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with the use of business systems
• Proven analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends in data and make recommendations
