Summary of role
- Manpower planning, managing end to end recruitment for the company
- Managing the complete HR operations and fulfilling the HR statutory compliances as required
- Manage Employee Life Cycle from on-boarding to company exit formalities
- Responsible for Employee engagement activities
Job requirements
- Human Resources Management Qualification (Diploma / Degree)
- Competent use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Knowledge of Kronos an advantage
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager or 10 years’ experience as a Senior Human Resources Officer
