Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, our ideal candidate must be able to align and execute FMC’s business strategy, bring together combined and cutting-edge HR solutions, resolve complex employee relations issues, and address worker grievances.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or related field
- 5 years minimum working experience in a similar role within a structured corporate environment
- Have supervised and managed employee records of 500 plus
