Port Moresby Nature Park is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Manager to be based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Aims to ensure the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of numbers, skills and experience.
- Develop and assist in the implementation of a performance management/appraisal system that considers attendance, productivity and improvement systems
- Ensure that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance, which will assist in POMP achieving its organisational aims
Requirements
- Exceptional understanding and awareness of HR legislative requirements relating to employment, Health and Safety and other relevant areas
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Degree in Human Resources Management or similar (essential)
