Pelgen Limited is seeking to recruit a ideal candidate to fill the Human Resource Manager position based in Lae, Morobe Province.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a full review of the current company’s staff structure across all departments and identify parts of the business that may require formation of new positions to assist the company to manage its demanding operations efficiently.
• Liaise with Management to create policies in relation to staff matters and procedures. Ensure all employees follow all company policies and procedures.
• Review key positions’ responsibilities and identify Key Performance Indicators. (KPIs) for assessment purposes.

Requirements

• Have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Must have at least 5 years work experience, with age 28 to 35 years.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Can relate to all levels of employees to Managers.
