Chemcare Group Ltd is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead its HR team.

Chemcare Group Ltd is an expanding business comprised of pharmaceutical and supermarket outlets in both retail and wholesale with its services extending throughout Papua New Guinea.

They are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to manage the Human Resource and the Training and Development Team in Lae reporting directly to the Group General Manager.

Key reponsibilities

• Overall management and development of all processes and procedures for Human Resource and Training and Development for the Company
• Work closely with Branch Managers to ensure that all Human Resource/Training and Development functions are carried out in accordance with Employment Law, Company Policy and ensuring that any risk to the business is minimised
• Implement and maintain development systems for the Company with emphasis on performance management, succession planning and human resource planning

Job requirements

• Tertiary Qualifications or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 10 years experience in all areas of Human Resource including Administration, Training and Development, Department of Labour and Immigration processing of Work Permits and Visa’s
• Must be a current registered member with PNG Human Resource Institute
