Our client is has a vacancy for an exceptional Human Resource Manager looking for the next step in their career.
National Finance Ltd (NF) is a dynamic force within the PNG finance industry with offices in Port Moresby, Lae, Mt Hagen and Buka. They are looking for quality people keen to work with a respected Papua New Guinean financial organisation, with a can-do attitude and a reputation for responsible lending.
They currently have the following role available for an immediate start Human Resource Manager.
Located in Port Moresby and reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior position within the company and will be remunerated accordingly.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse wage and salary reports and industry data to determine a competitive remuneration plan.
- Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with legislative requirements and labour laws.
- Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets executive management information needs.
- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
Job requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role with a medium to large reputable company.
- Appropriate university qualifications.
- Experience in the financial services industry will be favorably considered but not essential.
- Experience with Able payroll and biometric sign in will be favorably considered.
