The Pacific Development and Training Institute seeks an innovative, solutions-focused Human Resources Manager to support operations across various businesses in PNG. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of interesting projects for a company that invests in the development of their team and others.

Objectives

• Identify gaps and lead process improvement across various business entities in PNG
• Lead and develop an HR Team and workplace culture of professionalism, competency, efficiency, responsiveness and empathy
• Deliver a performance management program to drive a culture of continuous improvement, constructive and timely feedback and career development
• Support departments in development and delivery of strategic HR Plans to fit with overall business direction

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, psychology or HRM preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in the similar role and experience
• Experience in Learning, Training & Development, or Talent Management will be an advantage
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
