Mainland Holdings Limited (MHL) is seeking suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals as Human Resource Manager.
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager the incumbent will provide HR support to the management team.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice to the management team on full range of HR issues
- Oversea recruitment procedures, in order to attract and retain the best quality of prospective employees
- Implement skills structures and skills acquisition programmes throughout the business
Job requirements
The successful applicant will preferably have:
- Tertiary qualification in HR Management or related discipline
- Membership of PNGHRI
- A minimum of five years’ experience at a senior level in a HR management role with preferably at least 3 management experience.
