Mainland Holdings Limited is seeking suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated professional for the role of Human Resource Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee performances and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain staff by establishment of a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree or relevant professional qualification
- Strong planning, negation, communication and analytical skills
- More than 10 years’ experience in FMCG or Agribusiness, in a similar role
