Hargy Oil Palms Limited (HOPL) is currently seeking a suitably and qualified Human Resources Operations Manager based in Bialla, West New Britain Province.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Department (Human Resources), the HR Operations Manager is a senior, customer facing, hands on management role responsible for all HR administrative processes and HR policy guidance in support of the company operations.
Requirements
- Previous Plantation experience preferred but not essential.
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or Administration or a commensurate level of experience.
- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience working at a Senior HR Management role.
