Key responsibilities
The HR Operations Manager will implement, manage and maintain best practice HR processes that support all aspects of the career life cycle of all HOPL Employees. The HR Operations Manager, as a priority, will also provide support and guidance to company operations managers on HR guidelines and processes to assist in achieving the operational objectives within their departments.
Requirements
- Plantation experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Administration or a commensurate level of experience.
- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience working at a Senior HR Management role
