Trans Wonderland Logistics requires an experienced Human Resource Senior Manager to be based at Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Manage administration and implementation of recruitment, employee training and development, salary structure, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and HSE programs
- Developing guidelines and procedures which assist management in establishing /implementing HR policy
- Ensure that the organization’s practices are compliant with relevant PNG Labour laws
Requirements
- Well versed with Employment Law
- Previous experience with maritime sector is highly regarded (STCW, NMSA and other regulatory requirements)
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, a degree qualification would be highly regarded
