Role and responsibilities

Reporting the Finance & Operations Director, the ICT Manager will maintain the ICT Department, network equipment and system applications, and will support the ICT user needs of MSPNG staff.

Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining the ICT network equipment and Microsoft Active Directory based domain; maintaining and supporting internet services; addressing standard network software and communications packages issues; generating reports on network usage and abuse; leading the development and enhancement of relevant standards, procedures and guidelines; planning, scheduling and implementing required network hardware and software maintenance and upgrades; addressing technical issues with audio-visual equipment; performing and verifying daily backups; responding to Help Desk task assignments in a timely manner; and liaising with the Marie Stopes regional and international support offices.

Job requirements

• Diploma in ICT or relevant Diploma and/or certification in an ICT related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
