Immunisation Programme Manager


The Papua New Guinea Partnership Fund is seeking an Immunisation Programme Manager to join its team.

The Papua New Guinea and Australia governments are implementing the Papua New Guinea Partnership Fund (PPF, the Fund) – a competitive funding mechanism delivered under the Papua New Guinea – Australia Governance Partnership. The PPF identifies and supports well-functioning and efficient organisations to deliver critical services to the people of PNG. It is designed to attract, identify and incentivise high performing organisations or consortia to expand the reach and coverage of evidence-based interventions.

The PPF is just one of a portfolio of partnerships delivered by the two governments under the umbrella Papua New Guinea – Australia Governance Partnership, and is supported by Abt Associates.

They are recruiting for the following role: Immunisation Programme (IP) Manager

The IP Manager will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Accelerated Immunisation Programme delivered under the PPF mechanism. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team, which includes the IPP Manager and IP Performance Officer that is responsible for all aspects of grant management as well as targeted capacity building support to respective provincial health authorities. This role includes inter alia performing reporting, monitoring, contractual negotiations, financial management, risk compliance and planning. This role is open to both national and international candidates to apply.
