Population Services International (PSI) is seeking to hire an Impact & Evidence Manager.

This position is a senior manager level and carries significant responsibility to implement a robust M&E Plan ensuring operationalization across program and supporting departments.

The role has oversight for all M&E functions of PSI in PNG with a focus on the SASA! Pilot that PSI are responsible for piloting. SASA! is an evidence based primary prevention model. This position is a senior manager level and carries significant responsibility to implement a robust M&E Plan ensuring operationalization across program and supporting departments. The role will be lead on operationalization of and compliance to SOPs and Data flow processes, analysis and use of data and evidence for decision making including presenting data at key advisory meetings, donor reporting and data audit compliance and a strong focus on validation is critical.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics/Mathematics, health informatics, or relevant fields
• Min 5 year’s exp in M&E for donor funded projects
• Exp with a range of data management software and data collection tools
• Fluent in Tok Pisin, English, Motu advantage
• Ability to think systemically
