NiuSky Pacific Ltd (NSPL) is seeking applications from interested potential candidates for the two Independent Director positions on its Board, based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties and responsibilities of a Director as outlined in the Companies Act 1997 and various other relevant Acts.
• Must at all times be able to comply with the company’s highest standard of transparency and good governance.
• Must be able to perform your duties and responsibilities in the best interest of the company and the country at all times.

Requirements

• Must have a degree or equivalent, not necessarily in Aviation but in other disciplines.
• Must have at least 5 years or more experience in similar role.
• Must have a clear understanding of the domestic and international aviation industry and their needs in terms of the company’s service provision mandate.
