The Nasfund Board seeks to appoint two Independent Directors and is welcoming applications from qualified professionals.

The Nasfund Board seeks to replace two outgoing Independent Directors x2 based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

Successful applicants will have oversight of the Fund’s governance as well as assist drive the Funds Vision and strategic direction.

Requirements

Meet regulatory Fit & Proper Person clearance set by the Bank of Papua New Guinea
Be a professional member of the PNG Institute of Directors, or be willing to become a member following appointment
Have an understanding of the superannuation industry and financial sector in PNG
