New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL) are looking for qualified talents to join their West New Britain Office for the role of Lands Manager.  Reporting to the Head, Lands of NBPOL, the Lands Manager will provide executive support to the operations of the Company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable advice to Management in respect of its titles and all lands under its use including facilitation of the registerable interest of the company in customary lands under its mini estate concept.
• Identify and provide sound advice to Management in relation to its subleases including the identification and mitigation of investment risks.
• Plan and prioritise the company’s interest on all annual compliance issues in respect of State Leases under its use.

Qualifications & skills

• Possess a Degree in Land Studies.
• Must be specialised in all aspects of Land Administration due to the nature of business conducted by NBPOL.
• Must be an active member of the PNG Institute of Valuers and Land Administrators.
