Credit Corporation (PNG) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to be based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal service to one or more assigned departments or units of the organization.
- Advise on and represent Credit Corp on issues requiring dispute resolution and potentially litigious matters.
- Prepare memoranda and initial drafts of legal documents. Examine documents for legal sufficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor of law.
- 2-4 years (or more) of proven experience in Legal industry (preferably) that has strict compliance regime.
- Be familiar with finance and banking industry practices and professional standards of listing companies.
