Mainland Holdings Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the Layer Farm Manager role at its Tablebirds Division-Poultry Department, based in Lae, Morobe province.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Monitor strict bio security controls and ensure proper layer bird welfare
- Develop and achieve global commercial layer farm best practices
Requirements
- Graduate in Agriculture with more than 5 years managerial experience in the Poultry Industry.
- Have excellent communication skill
- Have a proven track record of delivery of results and achievement of planned targets and KPIs
