• Development and maintenance of policy wordings
• Rating, underwriting manuals, claims guidelines
• Implementation of insurance portfolio management tools and reporting.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have completed tertiary education
• Held a similar role with a minimum of five years’ work experience, with a sound understanding of procedures and processes and/or best practices in Claims Management
• Be results-driven with ability to deliver accurate results and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
