Job description

• Manage all activities in the Logistics and supply chain function.
• Ensure GMP leveled in the WH are maintained at a high standard, always.
• Ensure effective inventory control.
• Manage supply chain performance analysis – monthly reporting of KPIs.
• Ensure implementation of Company Contiguous Improvement programs across Supply Chain.
• Manage cost and expenditure in the Logistics Function.
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environment Health and Safety, and Ethical policy programs and goals.
• To uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the Company’s vision.

Job requirements

• Must have Grade 12 Certificate.
• 5 – 10 years minimum of work experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• 2 years’ experience in Production and Can Making and Packing.
• High energy drive.
• Strong Management Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality, accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to align a team towards specific business requirements.
• A team player, effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and ownership behaviors.
