The Nature Conservancy has an immediate vacancy that needs to be filled by suitably qualified individuals who are required to undertake terrestrial and marine conservation activities. The Nature Conservancy is leading in the Madang Province under the USAID/PNG Biodiversity Conservation Program known as Lukautim Graun. The Lukautim Graun project is an initiative between the United States and the PNG governments that seeks to reduce threats to PNG’s rich biodiversity.

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day project management of activities and the successful coordination and management of TNC’s deliverables under the Lukautim Graun Project.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years project management experience or equivalent combination
• Experience in managing and tracking multiple projects
• Experience managing project teams and working with cross-functional staff
• Experience managing and scheduling financial aspects of small-to-large projects that range from short to long term
