Rumbia Coffee Export Limited (RCEL) is seeking to recruit highly qualified and experience professional to fill the above position.

The position will report to the Chairman of Board of Directors.

Job requirements

The position require a person who possesses the following minimum qualification requirement and attributes

• The suitably qualified person must have a graduate Degree/diploma in Business Management, Accounting & Financial Management, Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised college/university
• Must be able to demonstrate high level of experience and competence in administration and management of similar organisations at the senior Executive Management Level
• The ideal person they seek to appoint must possesses leadership qualities to lead the team for delivering the objective of RCEL, a good mentor to support subordinates for results and must have broad understanding of coffee business in PNG and abroad
• He/She must be able to drive policies and Board Resolutions in an efficient and effective manner to deliver results
